Check-in's at 4:00 PM and check-out's at 11:00 AM. Need to arrive early or leave late? Just let us know - we'll do our best to accommodate you. Sometimes we can swing early check-ins if the room's ready.

We're about 15 minutes from the village center - far enough to feel like you're in your own private mountain hideaway, but close enough to hit the slopes or grab dinner downtown whenever you want. Best of both worlds, really.

Yep, we've got complimentary parking for all guests. There's even spots for larger vehicles if you're bringing ski gear or adventure equipment. We also offer valet service if you'd rather not deal with it yourself.

We love dogs! Select suites are pet-friendly. There's a small fee per night, but it includes a welcome package for your pup with treats, bowls, and a cozy bed. Just mention you're bringing your furry friend when booking.

Not necessarily. We offer shuttle service to Whistler Village and the ski lifts during peak season. Our concierge can also arrange transportation for you - whether that's a cab, private driver, or helping you rent a car if you wanna explore on your own.
